WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ACCOUNTING MANAGER

• Proficient with QuickBooks
• 3+ years of experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

DAY-TO-DAY

This finance role offers a structured schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

As the Accounting Manager, you start your day by reviewing the accounts receivable and accounts payable reconciliations, ensuring everything aligns perfectly. You check in on the asset management tasks, particularly managing vehicle registrations, making sure all documentation is up to date. Engaging with both customers and vendors becomes a part of your morning routine, as you handle credit applications and add new clients to the system. You also oversee the work of one accounting associate, guiding as needed. Afterward, you dive into the monthly sales tax reporting, preparing for the IFTA and HUT payments. As the day progresses, you complete the necessary submissions for the 401K and Workers' Compensation, all while keeping up with customer invoicing to maintain a smooth workflow. Each task is a piece of the larger puzzle that keeps the company running efficiently.
