Shift: CWW Schedule
Pay Rate: $19 - $22 Hourly DOE 
Location: Hillsboro, OR

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Dock FOUP, run open/close sequence, N2 purge, and check for alarms and report to customer team.
• Check tolerances using fixture; report and correct out-of-spec points.
• Cycle FOUP with handling wafers to check for single, double, and cross-slot issues; escalate if needed.
• Lubricate lateral rails and wipe down loadport/confined space per module documentation.
• Run second health check if needed to confirm loadport functionality.
• RTP tool to module, clean area, and return unused parts.
• Update inventory of shark cages, utility cages, etc. in Fuzion.
• Perform fab/sub-fab safety and cleanliness walks.
• Manage test wafers and chambers conditioning.
• Complete post-PM recovery, test fire, and qualification.

Requirements:

• Required Min 1 year on any semiconductor toolset.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in disassembly and assembly of semiconductor tools.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, including etching, deposition, and lithography systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Physical Effort/Activities:  
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
