We are currently seeking interns to join us across several Sales Enablement teams in our Kansas City headquarters. Opportunities are available within the following groups:

  • Intermediary Sales

  • National Accounts

  • North American Institutional Accounts

In this internship, you will...

  • Complete a robust training program that will immerse you into the world of direct to consumer finance

  • Develop a keen understanding of Client Services & Client Operations and Client Insights and Analysis within your assigned team

  • Engage with business partners and leaders across the firm to drive career path and networking opportunities

  • Gain exposure and hands-on experience within your sales group

  • Learn and apply an understanding of using fund analysis and research tools to differentiate our product offerings within the markets

  • Complete assignments and projects as assigned by your team leads

Here are some attributes that we are looking for in our next intern:

  • Passion for gaining experience within the finance industry and an aim to learn more about client relationships and support

  • Experience with Excel or data management tools is a plus.
