What You Will Do:
The Manager– Investor Services will be responsible for managing internal and external client and investor requests. This role requires an experienced investor servicing professional with a minimum of 5 years of operational or financial services experience in the fund accounting industry. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, initiative, ability to multi-task, time management, and have experience with different CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for investor communications, managing complex inquiries through the investor servicing inbox with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and a high standard of client service.

  • Oversee the timely and compliant posting of investor documents to the investor portal, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.

  • Maintain and enhance CRM (Salesforce) and investor portal (eFront) data governance, proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues while supporting analytics and reporting needs.

  • Coordinate and review capital call, distribution, and other investor transaction processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with fund timelines.

  • Ensure investor communications and data management align with firm policies, controls, and compliance frameworks, escalating potential issues as appropriate.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Treasury, Fund Accounting, Data & Reporting, and other teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality investor experience.

  • Lead aspects of new investor onboarding and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Manage the completion and review of investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and other ad hoc investor reporting requests.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of operational or financial service experience in the fund accounting industry
  • Previous experience in Private Equity is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM applications
  • Previous experience with tech implementations
  • Ability to think from a process improvement perspective
  • Strong attention to detail with good time management, the ability to multi-task, analytical skills, and organization
  • Ability to efficiently communicate through oral and written communication
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

 

Salary Range
At Petra Funds Group, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring practices. The compensation range for this position is $102,000 - $153,000 per year. This range represents the base salary only. Actual pay will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
