Temporary Full-Time School Nurse Leader na Sharon Public Schools - MA

The Sharon Public Schools is seeking a Temporary Full-Time District Wide, Pk-12 School Nurse Leader to support school sites as needed- The main location for the position will be at Sharon High School.  

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Triage student medical needs

• Screenings

• Medication Administration

• Training as appropriate

• Support building nurses as applicable and necessary.

• Other duties assigned by the Director of Student Services. 

The successful candidate will have experience in school based nursing and an understanding of state regulations pertaining to school nursing. Experience with diabetes is preferred. The successful candidate will have experience with MA DPH regulations and monthly report submissions to Redcap.

This position follows the Sharon Public Schools calendar and is a school year position. Salary is commensurate with experience, in accordance with the Sharon Teachers Association Collective Bargaining Agreement.

BSN required and DESE School Nurse licensure required.
