Eliza is Creator Media’s first brand that targets young women with relatable and affordable shopping advice. Known for its viral shows such as Guess Which Outfit is Most Expensive and Rank 4, as well as it’s influential shopping recommendations led by a roster of stylish creators, the brand already reaches over 50m people a month.

Other brands in the portfolio include a re-launch of You Magazine on social targeting a 45+ female luxury leaning audience and the newly launched Eliza’s Brother (beta) providing progressive, feel-good lifestyle content with a cast of positive male role-models at the centre of the content.

 

The Role

 We are looking for a dynamic Channel Lead, responsible for producing best-in-class social content. With proven experience leading a men’s fashion or lifestyle team, the Channel Lead will oversee all content creation and strategy across the brand, ensuring it meets audience and commercial requirements, while also starring in and hosting exciting and engaging content our Gen Z and Millennial audience will love. This is a highly unique opportunity to launch a new brand on social, build a highly engaged audience and create world famous shows and formats.

 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Oversee the day to day running of the Eliza’s Brother channels, working closely with the Head of Creator Media and the Social Media Lead
  • Create innovative video and static content informed by current trends and data
  • Produce, star in and host both editorial and commercial content
  • Manage ideas from initial concepts to storyboarding, producing and publishing
  • Respond to commercial campaigns with exciting ideas that fulfil the brief
  • Organise shoots from booking locations and influencers to calling in relevant products and props
  • Shoot styling
  • Brief videographers on shot lists, edits and post-production
  • Use analytics to inform future content decisions
  • Represent Eliza’s Brother at industry events

 

Person Specification

  • Advanced knowledge of social media and be an active user on TikTok and Instagram
  • Excellent ability to create entertaining, viral content for TikTok and Instagram
  • An excellent knowledge of the industry and an already-established contacts book of influencers, PRs and brands
  • A confident presenter and presence on camera
  • Be creative and have big ideas
  • An entrepreneurial mindset as you will be the first hire on this channel

 

*Whilst you are not required to be a videographer, competence with in-app video editing is required.
