This is a uniqueand exciting opportunity to join our project and field operations teams withina remarkable organisation responsible for maintaining over 800 built structuresthat serve as vital Aids to Navigation, keeping mariners safe at sea. You'll playa key role in delivering essential modernisation work in some of the mostbreathtaking coastal locations across England, Wales, and the Channel Islands.Working alongside a dedicated and skilled team, you'll contribute to thedelivery of lasting safety and quality across some of the most importantmaritime infrastructure in the region.
What will you do
As an InstallationSupervisor, you will be responsible for thorough planning ahead of sitemobilisation and for maintaining close, hands-on coordination with on-siteteams throughout the installation phase, ensuring all activities are carriedout smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
This role demandscareful planning and assessment of site conditions to ensure all operationscomply with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. You willbe responsible for producing Pre-Construction Information and either reviewingcontractor Construction Phase Plans (CPPs) or preparing CPPs for review by thewider team.
What are we looking for
We are looking for an experienced site supervisor or CDM practitioner ideally within an engineering or marine environment. Experience of supervision is required as is a clear understanding of the CDM2015 regulations.
