About the Opportunity

The primary purpose of your position is to assist with planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operations of the Wellness Department and ensure the delivery of the highest quality assisted living services focused on maximizing residents’ individual capabilities in accordance with the current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Executive Director

  • Posses the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, visitors, and the general public based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning
  • Ability to be calm and level-headed in emergencies.

  • Ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing admission practices.
  • Follows written and oral instructions.
  • Knowledgeable in the se of computers, e-mail, spreadsheets, and document word processing.
  • Maintain patience, tack, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as ability to handle residents, staff, and visitors, based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning.
  • Ability to travel for training and work-related activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must possess, as a minimum, a graduation certificate from an approved RN/LPN program; Nursing Degree from an accreditaed college or university.
