Position
As a Product Marketing Manager for our Managed Services Business Unit, you’ll sit at the heart of innovation — shaping how we bring our cellular routers and connectivity services to market. You’ll craft stories that connect technology to impact, empower our sales teams with winning narratives, and collaborate with passionate teammates who believe great marketing drives great outcomes.
 
What You Will Do
  • Go-to-market strategy: Plan and drive the launch of new products, from internal readiness to customer-facing communications, ensuring a successful market introduction.
  • Positioning and messaging: Develop clear and compelling product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the product's value and resonates with our channel partners and end customers.
  • Promotions: Plan and manage product promotional campaigns, including setting goals, defining tactics, and measuring results to maximize effectiveness.
  • Market and competitive intelligence: Be an expert on our target markets, customers, and competition. Conduct market research, win/loss analysis, and competitive analysis to inform product marketing strategy.
  • Sales enablement: Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including battlecards, pitch decks, competitive comparisons, FAQs, and white papers to empower the sales and channel teams.
  • Content creation: Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to support campaigns with product-specific content, such as blog posts, videos, datasheets, and solution briefs.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of product launches and marketing initiatives, using data to refine future go-to-market strategies.
  • Product life cycle: Partner with product management on "cradle to grave" product management activities, including the strategy for product end-of-life (EOL).
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, corporate marketing, and channel marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, product roadmaps, and overall strategy.
Who You Are and What You Bring
  • Seasoned marketing professional, with a minimum of 5+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3-4 years and a master’s degree; or equivalent work experience
  • Strong experience in networking, cellular networking, or managed network services
  • Ability to quickly grasp and embrace new technology concepts
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical features into clear, customer-facing benefits.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • An analytical mindset for interpreting market data and performance metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook) for content creation, collaboration, and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing tools, HubSpot a plus
Desired But Not Required
  • Understanding of the current Digi Cellular Routing and Ventus portfolio and how they are positioned in the market

Digi International offers a distinctive Total Rewards package including a short-term incentive program, new hire stock award, paid parental leave, open (uncapped) PTO, and hybrid work environment in addition to our competitive medical, health & wellbeing and compensation offerings.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $103,000 – $161,500. Pay ranges are determined by role, job level and primary job location. The range displayed reflects the reasonable range we anticipate paying for this position and reflects the cost of labor within several U.S. geographic markets. The specific salary offered within the range will depend on various factors including, but not limited to the candidate’s relevant and prior experience, education, skills, and primary work location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each position. Pay ranges are typically reviewed and updated annually.
