Schedule: Full-Time | Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hiring Range: $64,335.00 - $97,500.00 per year (depending on licensure)

We are seeking a Referral Services Supervisor (RN or LPN) who brings both clinical expertise and leadership strength. What You’ll Do:
As the Referral Services Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the Referral Services Department — ensuring every referral is processed efficiently, accurately, and with cultural and clinical excellence. You’ll guide a dedicated team, streamline workflows, and collaborate with providers and partners to ensure that every patient receives the care they need, when they need it.
- Supervise, mentor, and support the Referral Services team — fostering growth, accountability, and teamwork.
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance on referral management, PRC (Purchased/Referred Care) processes, and utilization review.
- Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct clinical and administrative case reviews for PRC Committees and prepare utilization and expenditure reports.
- Collaborate with internal providers, external specialists, and the Member Services team to ensure coordinated, equitable access to care.
- Monitor referral trends and develop cost-containment and access-improvement strategies.
- Ensure departmental compliance with all PRC, TMRS, and federal healthcare regulations.
- Promote culturally responsive, patient-centered care that aligns with community values.
Who You Are & What You Bring:
You are an experienced nurse and natural leader who balances clinical knowledge with compassion. You see systems through both a data-driven and human-centered lens — understanding that behind every referral is a person, a family, and a story.
- Current WA State RN License and (3) years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting -OR- Current WA State LPN License and (5) years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Experience in referral coordination, case management, or utilization review preferred.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
