Wage Range: $75k - $85k/annually
Are you detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about digital advertising? The Better Business Bureau is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to join our growing Marketing Solutions team! This role plays a key part in ensuring that our clients’ advertising campaigns run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively across multiple platforms.
As an Ad Operations Specialist, you’ll set up, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns while collaborating with sales reps, creative teams, and clients to deliver top-tier results. If you love the intersection of technology, analytics, and marketing — this is the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Do
- Set up, launch, and monitor ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic DSPs.
- Manage and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Implement pixel tracking, audience targeting, and conversion tracking to ensure accurate campaign measurement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and reporting.
- Partner with account managers, creatives, and analytics teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Generate performance reports and share data-driven insights to improve campaign outcomes.
- Stay up to date on digital advertising trends, emerging tools, industry best practices, and industry changes/trends.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking pixel implementation.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and campaign performance reporting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
