About World 50 Group

World 50 Group is the world’s premier membership organisation for senior executives, bringing together the leaders of global enterprises to collaborate, exchange ideas, and accelerate their impact. Through peer communities, curated experiences, and trusted insights, we enable executives to learn from one another, shape the future of business, and make a lasting difference in their organisations and beyond.

About the Role

The Associate for Impact and Strategic Projects gets the best of both worlds - a blend of externally focused, purpose-driven work and internally focused strategic support. You’ll split your time between supporting the Impact Community and contributing to strategic projects within World 50 Group.

The Impact Community brings together senior executives committed to advancing inclusion and belonging across global organisations. You’ll help deliver powerful conversations, events, and member experiences that inspire change and amplify progress. On the internal strategic side, you’ll partner closely with the EMEA & APAC Chief of Staff to coordinate initiatives, track actions, and support leadership operations. Strengthen your strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills whilst driving key business priorities across EMEA & APAC.

It’s an ideal opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented, and ambitious individual who wants to grow and combine purpose and performance in equal measure.
