Fidelity Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Consumer Loan Specialist to support the loan documentation process at its Financial Center in Scranton, PA. This role involves receiving and processing loan requests, preparing closing documents, reviewing post-closing files, and responding to routine inquiries. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service aligned with Fidelity’s Core Values and Model Experience, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborate across departments to maintain efficient workflows.
