The Opportunity
Aeroflow Health is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain & Fulfillment Operations to lead our distribution center operations and logistics network as we continue to grow nationally. This leader will oversee end-to-end supply chain strategy, multi-site fulfillment, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics, ensuring our customers across all 50 states receive their products quickly and reliably..
The ideal candidate is a strategic and operational leader who can balance volume growth with process and labor efficiency, optimize purchasing and inventory processes, and design a flexible fulfillment network that leverages both internal operations and 3PL/4PL partnerships. The ideal candidate is a proven, dynamic people leader who excels in both stakeholder & executive relationships as well as leading their own team. They must be able to control complexity, implement and optimize processes and metrics, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Your Primary Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Vice President of Distribution and Supply Chain to:
- Develop and execute a national fulfillment strategy that ensures efficient, cost-effective, and reliable delivery to customers in all 50 states. Evaluate and expand as necessary the distribution network (internal fulfillment, 3PL, 4PL) to balance transit times, cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive process and labor efficiency through lean operations, continuous improvement, work process standardization, and workflow improvements.
- Optimize purchasing and inventory manage processes to maximize inventory turns, minimize excess stock, and ensure effective use of facility space.
- Lead, mentor, and develop distribution and supply chain teams, including full-time employees and a temporary workforce.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance across the department.
- Oversee daily distribution center operations, ensuring efficient workflows, safety, and compliance.
- Implement and enforce standardized processes, KPIs, and performance metrics to optimize throughput, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Identify and address operational bottlenecks, controlling “chaos” through structured process improvement.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support company growth, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with freight carriers, logistics partners, and vendors to ensure cost-effective and reliable delivery.
- Oversee inbound/outbound shipping, freight negotiations, and inventory optimization.
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for supply chain and distribution operations, including capital investments that balance volume growth and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with HR on workforce planning, staffing, learning and talent development, employee relations, and employee engagement strategies.
- Coordinate with Operations, IT, and Facilities to ensure systems, data, and infrastructure support scalable fulfillment and planning.
- Develop and manage department budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial goals.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance updates to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, distribution, and logistics leadership, with at least 5 years leading at a senior management level.
- Demonstrated success managing high volume, large-scale distribution centers with both permanent and temporary workforce populations.
- Experience managing multi-node fulfillment strategy.
- Expertise in 3PL/4PL management and hybrid network design.
- Strong knowledge of freight, shipping, inventory management, and supply chain best practices.
- Proven track record of implementing operational processes and holding teams accountable to performance metrics.
- Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing at the executive level.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, cost savings initiatives, and P&L accountability.
- This role is on-site at our Asheville, NC headquarters and requires regular in-office presence. Candidates must be local to the Asheville area or willing to relocate
