What Will You Do?
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to hit and exceed their targets.
- Develop and execute winning sales strategies that deliver measurable growth.
- Analyze performance metrics and pivot strategies to keep your team ahead of the curve.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and high-level decision-makers.
- Provide hands-on training and development to grow your team’s skills and confidence.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing clients.
What You Bring To The Table?
- Bachelor’s degree (required) and 3–7 years of proven sales experience.
- Previous leadership or management experience — you know how to get the best out of your people.
- A strong record of hitting (and exceeding!) revenue goals.
- Experience in business or technology solutions sales.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and strategic thinking skills.
- A growth mindset and a passion for developing others.
- Willingness to travel within your sales region.
