Job Descriptions

1. CEO Support

•    Manage the CEO’s schedule, travel arrangements, and key administrative tasks.

•    Organize business cards, handle check requests, and assist with event-related preparations.

•    Support visitor management, including welcome messages, hospitality, and logistics.

2. Strategy & Financial Analysis Support

•    Verify, analyze, and organize P&L statements and key financial data to support strategic decision-making.

•    Analyze key financial metrics such as BEP (Break-even Point) and profitability indicators to provide insights for business planning.

•    Maintain and update financial and operational reports for internal use.

3. Performance Tracking & Cross Departmental Coordination

•    Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.

•    Generate reports to assess company-wide performance and identify improvement areas.

•    Facilitate communication and resolve operational issues between departments.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools (Tableau) are a plus.
• English-Proficiency, Korean is a plus
