- Leading a variety of Mechanical Engineering tasks in support to various products in the program portfolio.
- Interface and report to program management
- Leading and peer reviewing issue resolution for mechanical product defects
- Driving product yield and affordability improvements
- Providing technical support and oversight to suppliers and sub-contracts.
- Leading and supporting transition to production of new products
- Working in partnership with a cross functional team to ensure on time deliveries of quality products to support the War Fighter.

Required Skills and Education
- Mechanical Engineering degree and 14+ years’ experience
- Ability to research and apply mechanical engineering principles and theories to solve complex mechanical engineering problems.
- Experience taking products through the design process and leading the transition to production.
- Ability to multi-task and utilize resources on your team to solve issues in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Motivated self-starter with demonstrated leadership skills and ability to effectively work and lead in a team environment.
