Oversee and drive high-impact VTEX implementations such as:
Marketplace In/Out Integrations: Architecting and managing the full lifecycle of new marketplace onboarding and outbound sales channels.
Advanced Payment Solutions: Designing and implementing complex payment schemes, including the VTEX Gift Card module and loyalty programs.
Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate internal teams (development, marketing, operations) and external vendors to execute project plans effectively.
Partner with the architecture team to help design scalable, robust, and cost-effective e-commerce solutions that align with the company's long-term digital strategy.

The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned professional who effortlessly blends technical mastery with strategic business acumen. They will bring:
Deep VTEX Platform Expertise: A comprehensive, hands-on working knowledge of the entire VTEX ecosystem, including architecture (VTEX IO, Master Data, OMS, Checkout), demonstrated by a Mandatory VTEX Professional Certification (e.g., VTEX Architect, Commerce Master, or equivalent).
Headless & Contentful Experience: Proven experience architecting or working within a headless commerce model, specifically with experience integrating VTEX with Contentful or a major equivalent Headless CMS (e.g., Sanity, Amplience).
Global E-commerce & Payments Expertise: Direct experience managing e-commerce operations or projects across multiple regions or countries, including a deep understanding of multi-currency, localization, order to cash internal process and specific Payment Knowledge—including the VTEX payment gateway structure, anti-fraud processes, and implementing advanced solutions like Gift Card modules.
Complex Project Delivery: Proven success in leading and fully owning large-scale, critical e-commerce projects, with specific, demonstrable experience in architecting and implementing Marketplace In/Out Integrations.
Operational and Process Leadership: A track record of building, defining, and documenting scalable operational processes and the ability to conduct effective business training.
Strategic & Bilingual Communication: Complete professional working fluency in English (verbal and written) to collaborate effectively with international or cross-border teams.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar blended role (e.g., Technical Consultant,
Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to translate complex business requirements into well-defined analytical problems.
Leadership and Influence: Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
Collaboration: Experience working with global teams and agile mindset
Autonomy: The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, managing multiple concurrent projects and markets.
