Job Title: Ecommerce Lead
Division: Retail Operations
Department: E-Commerce/Retail
Reports To: Ecommerce Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY
Responsible in assisting and supporting the Ecommerce Management team in the overall operation of ecommerce division, including implementation of specific ecommerce projects, collections, processing sales, personnel management, financial performance, and loss control activities. Help promote innovation and new initiatives for developing revenue and growth. Assist with driving and achieving sales quotas and goals by performing the following essential duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Maximize revenue from donated goods through online sales.
- Oversees the proper procedures for handling and sale of ecommerce merchandise.
- Inspects product to ensure the quality is line with pricing practice.
- Assigns duties to worker(s) and schedules breaks and work hours, to meet business needs.
- Trains, coaches and supervises workers in ecommerce policies and job duties. Provides feedback to E-Commerce Manager regarding employee performance.
- Assists with ordering merchandise, supplies, and equipment. Communicates and coordinates with facility staff. Troubleshoot, operate and maintain equipment.
- Responsible for inventory control and loss prevention management. Ensure that all loss prevention matters are reported immediately to the E-Commerce Manager.
- Take corrective action to ensure compliance with marketplace requirements and customer satisfaction.
- Assists with tracking delivery records of product from stores, record of product packed, and reports discrepancies to control costs and maintain correct inventory levels.
- Prepares sales and inventory reports. Ensures sales and cash reporting accuracy and daily bank deposits into online account.
- Assists in executing adjustments to operations to ensure sales, profitability, production, processes, expenses, and net sales goals are met.
- Displays and practices courteous, professional behavior towards customers at all times and leads by example. Professionally addresses customer complaints and resolves problems in a professional and efficient manner. Handles returned product, and effectively resolves problems. Is able to restore and promote good public relations.
- Must have a clear understanding of ecommerce policies and procedures.
- Promotes and sells online. Assist with listing and shipment of items.
- Responsible for meeting retail quotas and goals through the management of day to day ecommerce operations.
- Ensures that production goals are met through daily monitoring and execution of production as needed. Makes adjustments to production, sales and management to meet production goals.
- Ensures ecommerce room is well organized, clean and secured at all times, including but not limited to: online passwords and accounts, door locks, deposits, refunds, safe and incident reports.
- Ensures product is properly merchandised and displayed online to maximize sales.
- Communicates with the retail team and keeps them informed of pertinent information as needed.
- Attends and actively participates in sales management meetings and other organizational meetings as required
- Responsible for the safe and productive operations of the ecommerce division.
- Responsible for awareness of and adherence to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Use good judgment while following specific guidelines with minimal supervision.
- Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for E-Commerce employee(s), as assigned. Responsible for carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Assistive responsibilities include interviewing, makes recommendations for hire, training employees, educating staff on sales goals, maintaining compliance with Goodwill policies and philosophy, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical documents and financial reports. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work mainly indoors in either a warehouse or office setting. Employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and extreme heat, air conditioning and dust. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
