Objective: 

The Director of Strategic Accounts (DSA) is responsible for executing targeted marketing strategies within key accounts to increase patient conversion and drive utilization of Motiva products. This role focuses on high-volume and high-profile practices, hospitals, and key opinion leaders in plastic surgery. The DSA collaborates closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver business objectives and enhance Motiva’s presence in the surgical aesthetic space.

Main responsibilities:

• Drive utilization and sales in key accounts
• Track progress of strategic accounts
• Execute strategic marketing programs
• Build relationships with surgeons and staff
• Act as expert for Motiva initiatives
• Align with sales teams regionally
• Represent Motiva at events
• Support training and education

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• CRM systems, KPI tracking tools, Microsoft Office
• 10+ years in sales, marketing, or training in aesthetics or medical devices, Breast surgery, plastic surgery, medical aesthetics
• Up to 80%, including some international travel
• Reside on any of the following states NY, MA, NJ, OH; RI, DE, PA, NH, MI, MD.
