Re: Ravenwood Facilities Manager Position Open

 The following anticipated assignment is open:

Facilities Manager*

Hours: 6:30am – 3:00pm*

Pay rate: $20.00 plus your current step

The Human Resources Department will post internal available custodial openings on the district home page. You must complete the internal application to be considered for this vacancy.

 Ravenwood Elementary School is a one level elementary school that has mostly carpet and some tile with a separate cafeteria and gym.

 The Facility Manager will be responsible for two eight-hour night custodians. The facility manager is responsible for a small run in the morning and all inside and outside building care which includes mowing and snow removal. The facility manager will be responsible for the processing and accuracy of the payroll, supply budget, reports, personnel and any other duties associated with a manager position.

 Persons applying for this position must have a good attendance record, practice good safety procedures, be motivated, responsible, have the needed leadership abilities, and is able to keep this building to the standards expected by the school district. Supervisor experience preferred. The Facility Manager will be under the direction of the Building Administrator Laura Foster and Director of Custodial Services, Doris Farage
