POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive Vice President of Corporate Development reports directly to the CEO & President, and also works together with the management team towards fostering better business success for the organization. This will entail expanding the company’s business across work environments and you will develop strong collaborations and partnerships globally.
He/she must emphasize the need for the organization to record positive changes and experience profit growth in its dealings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement strategies to drive business growth
- M & A activity development
- Raise capital for further growth for the bottom line
- Develop global alliances and strategy to bring us to the next phase of growth
- Astonish customers with how quickly you respond to partnership inquiries. You are present, available, credible.
- Develop networks towards sourcing for new clients
- In partnership with appropriate executive leaders and business unit partners, develop business frameworks for large, complex, mutually beneficial partnerships; develop financial terms for highly customized products, for which easy benchmarks are often unavailable. Negotiate other business terms and conditions.
- Work independently on customers’ needs
- Identify and develop resources relevant to business development and sales goals
- Oversee the organizational effectiveness, management development, and leadership development of the organization towards improving the core content of the company
- Liaise with members of staff to ensure top-level client experience in all cases of client interactions from the follow-up to delivery and needs assessment
- Attract, as well as retain clients by developing highly creative outreach strategies
- Work in line with the operational procedures of the organization toward its revenue generation and sales growth goals
- Other duties, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10 years of directly related work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated negotiation and collaboration skills
- Experience working globally
