Maintenance Technicians Needed – All Skill Levels
Location: Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas
Pay: $20 – $30 per hour (based on experience)

Arbors Management, a trusted property management company in Pittsburgh, is hiring Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities in the area. We have openings for entry-level to experienced technicians who take pride in their work and want a steady, long-term job — with no seasonal layoffs.

Work Schedule for Maintenance Technicians:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (or similar)
- Shared on-call rotation for 24-hour emergency coverage
What You’ll Do:
- Perform general plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repairs
- Handle basic HVAC maintenance (no certification required)
- Complete work orders and inspections using mobile technology
- Assist with custodial tasks, trash removal, and grounds keeping
- Respond to maintenance emergencies when on-call
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical work consisting of lifting, bending, maneuvering within small spaces, walking property
- Beginner to advanced skills in plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
