Are you passionate about plants, people, and leadership? We're looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader – Horticulture to guide a dedicated team in delivering high-quality horticultural outcomes across our green spaces
About the Role
As Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring horticultural standards are met, and supporting your team to thrive. You’ll work closely with other departments to maintain vibrant, healthy landscapes that enhance our community and environment
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of horticulturists and grounds staff
Plan and coordinate horticultural maintenance and development activities
Monitor plant health, soil conditions, and pest/disease control
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage resources, schedules, and budgets effectively
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
About You
Proven experience in horticulture, ideally in a leadership role
Relevant qualifications in horticulture or landscape management
Strong communication and team-building skills
Hands-on approach with excellent plant knowledge
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement
