What You'll Be Doing

• Load materials and equipment, travel to job sites with your team
• Prep work areas: air sealing, ventilation dams, and setup
• Install insulation in residential, commercial, and industrial spaces
• Make sure everything is sealed, covered, and installed correctly - quality matters
• Do a final walkthrough with your crew leader and clean up the site when finished
• Work outside the cubicle world - hands-on, physical, team-driven work

Requirements

• At least 1 year of insulation install or construction experience is a plus not a requirement
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift, carry, and work in attics, crawl spaces, and heights as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
