Motor Werks is currently seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Honda Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. As the primary point of contact for our Honda customers, the Service Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless service experience and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist them with scheduling service appointments.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests and vehicle symptoms.
Conduct vehicle walk-around inspections to identify service needs and communicate recommended repairs to customers.
Provide transparent and detailed explanations of service recommendations, including estimated costs and timelines.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of customer repairs and maintenance.
Maintain open communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on repair progress and addressing any additional concerns.
Ensure accurate completion of service paperwork, including work orders and invoicing, in compliance with dealership procedures.
Uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service quality at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
Tekion experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes, including basic technical terminology.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer applications and dealership management systems.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
