- Sales Leadership: Inspire, coach, and lead a team of outside B2B managed services business consultants, including tenured Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives, to consistently exceed revenue targets. Provide strategic oversight and instill a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement aligned with organizational objectives.
- Net New Business Development: Leverage the Challenger sales methodology to penetrate new markets and expand our footprint within Managed IT, cybersecurity, marketing, and digital transformation. Equip your team to deliver compelling, insight-driven narratives to C-level executives, positioning Impact as a long-term strategic partner. Demonstrated success in selling multi-million-dollar engagements is essential.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with senior leadership to craft and execute forward-looking sales strategies that anticipate market shifts and customer needs. Use data-driven insights to refine go-to-market approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Development: Champion a high-performance culture through mentorship, structured development programs, and succession planning. Identify and cultivate emerging leaders within the team to ensure long-term organizational strength.
- Thought Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on emerging trends in IT, cybersecurity, AI, and digital transformation. Contribute to internal strategy and external market positioning through thought leadership and industry engagement.
- Performance Management: Define and manage clear KPIs and performance benchmarks. Conduct regular reviews and provide actionable feedback to drive individual and team success.
- Sales Technology Stack: Ensure the team is maximizing our advanced sales enablement tools, including Microsoft Dynamics, SalesLoft, and 6sense, to build intelligent, targeted outreach strategies and maintain a robust pipeline.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in close partnership with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on strategic initiatives and deliver a seamless client experience. Foster a collaborative environment that drives innovation and shared success.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree, preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive Managed Services sales leadership experience in the technology sector, with a strong record of driving net new revenue and scaling teams
- Deep domain expertise in Managed IT, cybersecurity, AI, and digital transformation, with a nuanced understanding of market dynamics and enterprise buyer behavior
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and inspire high-performing teams
- Strategic mindset with a bias for execution in fast-paced, competitive environments
- Strong relationship-building capabilities with both internal stakeholders and external executive clients

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Impact, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range is $150,000-$300,000 inclusive of commission/bonus plan eligibility.
