Responsible for the professional development and education of all clinical and non-clinical employees at delegated site or region. The role encompasses various functions aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge, and competencies of designated staff to ensure high-quality patient care and professional growth. Using the foundation of the Professional Development Practice Model (ANPD, 2021), this role focuses on facilitating site-based education, onboarding/orientation, competency management, role development, and collaborative partnerships.

 

Schedule:

  • Full-time | 80hours every two weeks | St. Cloud
  • Day shift | Monday-Friday | 8am-4:30pm

 

Pay and Benefits:

  • Starting pay begins at $92,934.20 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
  • Salary range:  $92,934.20 - $139,505.60 per year
    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher degree in nursing required
  • 3 years relevant clinical experience to delegated practice setting
  • 2 years of experience in professional development, precepting, or instructing nurses
  • Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant platforms
  • Registered Nurse (RN) Current licensure in the state of Minnesota required
  • Demonstrated good judgment and critical thinking skills when handling a variety of procedural and technical tasks with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required
  • Leadership skills including the ability to problem solve, communicate clearly, provide support, self-directed and accountable, prioritizes and is organized, and shows initiative
  • Experience working with a variety of medical equipment
  • Professional membership preferred
