Job Description
**This role offers a hybrid schedule working in-office two days a week.
The successful final candidate:
• Performs day to day compensation administration. Reviews and processes planned and off cycle salary actions. Working collaboratively with other members of the Compensation team, administers the annual performance and salary review process and incentive plans. Partners with Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs), Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and other internal stakeholders on pay decisions, policy, and guideline interpretation. Provides innovative solutions for ongoing HR annual operational activities in a global environment.
• Completes salary survey submissions in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains and monitors up-to-date survey data for market pricing new jobs and analyzing market competitiveness of existing jobs.
• Analyzes the need for new or modified jobs. Develops/writes job descriptions based on discussions and materials obtained from HRBPs and managers. Applies job evaluation techniques to evaluate and benchmark jobs to determine market value and salary grade. Creates and maintains job codes. Implements new jobs or job changes working collaboratively with other Human Resource departments.
• Reviews existing or proposed job classifications to obtain information regarding responsibilities, activities, duties, and Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA) exemption requirements. Investigates classification and FLSA exemption questions. Participates in compliance audits to ensure FLSA, wage and pay transparency/ disclosure requirements are being met. Maintains knowledge of local, state, and federal laws to ensure compliance.
• Participates in special compensation projects. Prepares reports and analyses to review compensation issues, extracting and manipulating data as necessary. Participates in the analysis and development of salary structures, annual budgets, and increase matrices.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications
• 3 years of related experience.
Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with incentive compensation management platforms.

Skills and Abilities
• Demonstrates proficient knowledge and competency of best pay practices, regulations, and systems applications within compensation and human resources.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with good business acumen with a results driven approach.
• Proficient knowledge of FLSA and other local, state including pay transparency, and federal compensation regulations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Access, PowerPoint, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables and data modeling).
• Demonstrates knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle) and Enterprise Compensation data management tools (e.g., MarketPay, PayFactors, PayScale).
• Good verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and ability to interact with technical disciplines.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive compliance-related matters.
• Familiar with Peer Review process to ensure high quality work output.
