SUMMARY

Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of a SaaS product designed to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency for our professional services offerings. This role bridges business strategy, technology, and user experience to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and client needs.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and validate product direction.

Customer-Centric Development

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (consultants, service delivery teams, sales, and marketing) to gather requirements, understand workflows, and prioritize features.
  • Translate customer pain points into actionable product features and enhancements.

Execution & Delivery

  • Work with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and UX designers to deliver product releases on time and within scope.
  • Own the product backlog, write user stories, and manage sprint planning.

Go-to-Market & Adoption

  • Partner with marketing and sales to develop product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs; iterate based on data and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards relevant to SaaS and professional services.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience working with or within professional services firms (consulting, legal, accounting, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Asana, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Understanding of client service workflows and digital transformation in professional services, preferred.
  • Experience with integrations (e.g., CRM, ERP, document management systems), preferred.
  • Comfort with data privacy and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR), preferred.

COMPENSATION

Salary range: $125,000 - $145,000. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role.

The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program, which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to, individual and organizational performance.
