Position Summary The Director of Organizational Excellence will lead initiatives to improve Waggoner’s organizational effectiveness, client-facing performance, and acquisition integration. This role partners closely with the CEO, CFO, Strategy & Growth Officer, Business Unit Leaders, and HR Director to embed a data-driven, performance-focused culture. The Director will also support client engagements, applying business process improvement, analytics, and performance management expertise to help clients achieve measurable organizational outcomes

Your Primary Responsibilities will include

What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- • 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in organizational transformation, business process improvement, and performance management. • Demonstrated success leading enterprise change initiatives, ideally in engineering, infrastructure, and/or consulting. • Strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks, especially in developing performance leading indicators beyond lagging indicators. • Experience in acquisition integration and organizational alignment. • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certification preferred.
