Management Level:
M1SUMMARY: This position is responsible for scheduling the catching loading and hauling of live broilers to the processing plant while monitoring DOAs. Responsibilities and duties include but not limited to: promoting safety and ensuring a safe working environment, monitoring drivers time and ELD logs, reviewing coaching Drive Cam videos, ensuring drivers and catchers arrive on time at the farm and plant, working with catch contractors, Live Haul Manager, and driver supervisor to ensure operations run as smoothly as possible, making changes to the catch and haul schedule, supervising and or helping personnel in the repair of cages, and performing other responsibilities as the need arises.
Work Hours: 10am - 7pm
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 3 plus years experience in live haul or equivalent. Class A CDL required. Welding experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Requires basic computer skills: sending and answering emails and building and changing spreadsheets.
Supervisory: This position is responsible for supervising a group of personnel who perform somewhat identical and related tasks or activities.
Travel: 1 per year
