General Notes

The Student Affairs Office coordinates and administers all in-person final exams at the Law School. All exams are anonymously graded, which results in a unique exam process. To be considered for selection, a separate external availability application must be submitted along with this Workday application. An application is not considered complete until both parts have been submitted.

Purpose

Proctor and administer final exam(s) for the Student Affairs Office at the School of Law.

Responsibilities

  • Read exam information to students

  • Start and stop final exams

  • Carefully handle sensitive exam materials

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong availability: the likelihood of being chosen to proctor increases with increased availability.

  • Previous experience proctoring.

Salary Range
$20 per hour 

Working Conditions

  • Typical office/classroom environment

  • Work will be performed in-person at the Law School

  • Shift lengths vary based on exam length

Work Schedule

  • Must be available to work at least 8 hours per week

  • Position begins on December 4th (training) and ends on January 6th (most individuals will finish on December 18th)

  • Work may be scheduled flexibly during core business hours of Monday to Friday based on the type of shifts the individual selects, 8 AM to 6 PM

  • Must be available to work on weekdays at 8 AM
