Job Location: Altamonte Springs

The role you will contribute:

Responsible for overseeing all activities related to HR Employee Services, including Employee Contact Center, core HR data administration, benefits, compensation, and document management functions. This position ensures Employee Services operates according to established policies and procedures while successfully resolving and routing employee inquiries, maintaining employee data, and meeting established service level agreements. Additionally, this role provides direction and leadership to the Employee Services team, promoting a culture of customer service, cross-functional alignment, and continuous process improvement. In addition, this position works with HR Strategic Administration in implementing and evaluating ongoing policies, programs, functions, and activities to ensure consistent administration and compliance with company policies and government regulations. Ensures effective collaboration with various teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.

  • Leads the administration of HR Employee Services, including Employee Contact Center, core HR administration, benefits, compensation, and document management.
  • Provides direction and leadership to the Employee Services team to ensure operational effectiveness and successful delivery of services.
  • Promotes a culture of customer service, cross-functional alignment, and continuous process improvement.
  • Ensures compliance with established policies, procedures, and government regulations.
  • Resolves and routes employee inquiries efficiently while maintaining employee data.
  • Develops and implements training materials for successful service delivery.
  • Partners with key stakeholders to optimize technology, staffing, and processes for service delivery.
  • Reviews metrics and tracking mechanisms to ensure performance meets quality standards and service level agreements.
  • Reports variances to HR leadership and collaborates on strategic initiatives.
  • Stays updated on market trends, laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Serves as an escalation point for complex issues, utilizing negotiation and mediation skills.
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with HR leaders and teams to foster open communication.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree  Required
  • 10+ Work Experience Required
  • 7+ Years of Management experience required
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities within a corporate environment required
  • Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and make appropriate judgment calls in the absence of data required
  • Skilled in understanding and applying applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as identifying gaps in current processes and policies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required
  • Ability to work with and through people to establish goals, objectives, and action plans required
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while adhering to service-level agreements and other tight deadlines required
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations to effectively define processes for large HR teams serving multiple clients required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree Preferred
  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) An HR Industry Certification Preferred
  • Human Capital Management (HCM) experience, specifically Workday[Preferred]
