Vitamix is seeking a Manager, Sales Analysis who will serve as the primary resource for the Sales Team for all budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance analysis. They will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of sales forecasts across retail and ecommerce channels, including Demantra forecasting and coordinate closely with the FP&A and BI teams. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to lead and develop a small team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual sales budgeting and forecasting process (DHH, IHH, Commercial Sales), including data-driven channel forecasts, discounts and returns.
- Develop, consolidate, and synthesize item-level forecasts from cross-functional partners into a unified package, ensuring timely hand off to FP&A.
- Analyze year over year changes, generate forecast bridges, reconcile discrepancies, and present summaries and insights to senior leadership.
- Support scenario planning for promotions, new products, and price changes with the Channel Marketing team.
- Manage and supervise a team of two analysts focused on forecasting, order management, and account maintenance (Dealer, Costco US/Canada).
- Provide guidance, training and performance feedback to the team, setting clear priorities and standards for accurate analytical output.
- Own forecasting and budget execution within key platforms (Vena, Demantra) and inform Demand Planning of converted incremental opportunities.
- Drive process improvement by streamlining forecasting workflows and identifying automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data integration across Sales, Finance and Demand Planning.
- Support executive level reporting (Board updates, QBRs) and publish key sales reports, including monthly/quarterly POS tracking, Gross Sales Variance Reports and ad-hoc retailer analysis.

- Proficient in MS Office, advanced Excel skills
- Proficient in forecasting tools (i.e. Demantra, Vena) and data visualization tools (e.g. tableau)

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 5 years’ experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, or financial analysis
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit up to 8 hours per day, with walking and standing required frequently
- Visual acuity is required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading documents, reports, and emails
- Repetitive hand movements for tasks like typing or assembly
