ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Scheduling security officers using our security management software.
Maintaining uniform and equipment inventory.
Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
Providing exceptional customer service.
Entering and editing schedules and appointments.
Preparing and editing documents and reports.
Managing databases and filing systems.
Monitoring CCTV systems.
Troubleshooting phones, tablets, and other devices.
Completing deductions and related documents and forms.
Scanning logs and reports as needed.
Supporting vehicle maintenance tasks and responsibilities.
Proofreading reports, making necessary grammatical corrections, and sending reports to clients.
Employees are expected to effectively multitask and maintain productivity even when facing tight deadlines. This includes managing multiple tasks concurrently, prioritizing them effectively, and consistently delivering results within specified timeframes. Furthermore, employees should engage respectfully with all stakeholders, including supervisors, security officers, clients, and company leadership.
It's imperative that employees demonstrate an awareness of their colleagues' workloads and strive to minimize any negative impact on team productivity and morale. The ultimate goal is to ensure clients receive unparalleled service. Employees may occasionally be required to cover security posts and drive to and from assignments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Proficient in general office procedures.
Comprehensive understanding of computers and software applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software systems relevant to security operations management.
Skilled in operating office equipment such as copiers and mail systems, as well as handling phones effectively.
Exceptional writing skills, including proficiency in proofreading, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
Demonstrates a positive attitude, initiative, and proactive approach towards tasks.
Maintains a clean and organized workspace, demonstrating attention to detail.
Assertive and articulate in communication, with a professional demeanor at all times.
Exemplary customer service skills, ensuring a consistently high standard of interaction
Reliability and punctuality in attending work.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.

Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Proficient in driving both vehicles and golf carts.
Able to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and overnight if required.
Must have a professional appearance by adhering to grooming standards.
Must pass a pre-employment screening including Level-2 Background Check and drug test.
PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Two (2) years of related Security Operations Center experience or similar capacity.
or
One (1) year of education in specialized Dispatcher/Security Operations Center duties or related subjects at a college level along with One (1) year of Supervisor/Administrative/Security Operations management experience.
Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program. Vocational, Criminal Justice or business school training preferred.
Possession of a valid Class ‘D’ Security Officer License.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Able to walk/stand for long periods of time.
Ability to patrol the properties and access areas quickly.
Physically able to walk the entire properties.
Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs.
Ability to drive a vehicle and/or a golf cart.
