What you will do:

Financial Accounting

• Financial closing – monthly, yearly
• B/S account reconciliation/analysis
• GL/COA Management
• AP Processing management
• AR Processing management

Close Process

• Close and report results on a monthly basis in a timely manner and in compliance with US GAAP and corporate accounting guidelines.
• Manage interim period and year-end financials in US GAAP and IFRS.

Financial Reporting

• Develop and manage all external financial reporting requirements to ensure accurate timing and full disclosure to lenders.
• Prepare and lead the transition to IFRS.
• Develop financial reporting systems and procedure to evaluate, analyze and manage the efficiency and performance of the business units.
• Define a common internal reporting structure across businesses and geographies for manufacturing, commercial and after sales organizations.

Tax

• Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.

Financial Analysis 

• Prepare and finalize AOP (PL, BS)
• Cost management
• Planning and examining the cost-efficiency
• Cost structure review
• Discount rate and Promotion
• Budgeting & Expense manage
• Maintain and secure budget
• Concur system management
• Investment
• Monitoring Profitability & Impact analysis for all sales
• Profit analysis for special deal and manage discount rate
• Monthly promotion result review by region and distributors
• Manage Working capital status
• Free cash flow analysis
• Korea shipment and local purchasing price monitoring
• Make Monthly financial report
• Profit analysis closing through SAP
• Make Operation Plan vs Actual
• Sales review and calculate sales commission for dealer and salesmen

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree - Accounting
• Knowledge of financial accounting, cycle counting, physical inventory, & cost accounting
• Advanced computer skills (Excel)
• SAP FI, CO experience is necessary
• 7 ~ 15 years of Accounting experience
• Experience in a multi-national trading company environment
• Prior Supervisory experience preferred
