What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the Fleet & Commercial Sales team
  • Develop and manage relationships with business, municipal, and government clients
  • Structure and price commercial vehicle deals, including upfitting solutions
  • Coordinate vehicle sourcing, inventory, and delivery logistics
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealership’s commercial footprint
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention through exceptional service

What You Bring:

  • Proven success in commercial, fleet, or automotive sales management
  • Strong leadership and B2B relationship-building skills
  • Experience structuring deals for business or government accounts
