Position Summary
The Vice President, Pharmacy Services provides strategic and operational leadership for Nufactor’s pharmacy network, ensuring the safe, compliant, and high-quality preparation and delivery of specialty infusion therapies. This role oversees all aspects of pharmacy practice management—including workflow optimization, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and workforce performance—across multiple licensed sites.

Essential Functions and Duties

- Lead pharmacy operational planning focused on workflow optimization, staff utilization, continuous improvement including operational accuracy, turnaround time, and regulatory readiness.
- Establish and monitor pharmacy-specific performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that evaluate quality, medication safety, productivity, and patient service levels.
