Employment Services Supervisor na Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP)

The mission of Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP) is to respectfully assist people to achieve and sustain self-sufficiency through direct services, education, and community partnerships.

CAP is seeking an Employment Services Supervisor. The Employment Services Supervisor will coordinate employment opportunities, education and training, and other support services for individuals with multiple barriers to employment, including those with disabilities, through the implementation of the Ticket to Work, ACCES-VR, and Alternatives to Incarceration (ATI) – Employment Focused Services programs. 

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred
• At least one year of experience in case management with low-income or disabled individuals; workforce development experience preferred.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Cayuga County education, employment systems, and community resources.
• Proficiency in database management, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
• Must possess a valid and clean New York State driver’s license.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position, scheduled 35 hours per week with an hourly rate of $22.75ph
