Job Description

Responsible for working safely in a production environment, Know Lockout Tag Out Procedures, Equipment Guarding, Belt Manlift Safety, and Fall Protection, and other Safety Procedures.

We are a service provider to our Farmer Members and are responsible to take care of their crop to the best of our ability so that we have a quality product for our Sales Staff to sell at the Highest Profits 

Job Duties

Maintain Accurate Records

Keep representative samples and submit to Sample House for Inventory of product 

Work as Part of a Team

Maintain and Operate Machinery

General Cleaning and Housekeeping (sweep, scoop, clean with compressed air)

Ability to work at heights in hot and cold environments 

Climb ladders and stairs 

Lift up to 50 lb.’s at times

Able to Push, Pull, Stoop or Bend 

Work in Dusty Environments (Dust Respirators are provided)

Work around noise from time to time (hearing protection provided)

Safety glasses required and are provided

Could possibly need to operate a skid steer loader, tractor, telehandler or more (Valid Drivers Lic. Required to Operate Company Owned Powered Trucks)

May have different Jobs assigned by Supervisor from time to time

Education Requirements

  Read and Write English and able to do basic Math.
