Description
Over the last 63 years, United Built Homes has constructed more than 40,000 quality custom homes throughout Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. We are currently seeking a New Home Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team in our Little Rock Design Center.
As a United Built Sales Manager, the selected candidate will:
- Lead sales staff and assist customers throughout the home building process
- Have high management and supervision skills
- Be honest, tactful, polite, assertive, respectful and ethical in dealings with customers, co-workers, contractors, suppliers, inspectors, and others
- Be a team player and support co-workers
- Have a strong work ethic and enjoy the profession of home building
- Be professional in appearance, language, and in dealings with others

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- Real Estate License is NOT required
- Sales experience is a must
