Rooted in this passion, we provide our customers with inverters and DC/DC converters from 100 kW to 6 MW. EPC’s products are designed in house and manufactured in the USA. EPC is headquartered in Poway, CA, a community in Northern San Diego County, with additional manufacturing facilities in Greenville, SC and additional design offices in Raleigh, NC and Helsinki, Finland.

The Role:
The Technical Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting through onboarding, for a variety of roles across the company. This position requires a hands-on, proactive recruiter who can build strong relationships with hiring managers, source high-quality candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects EPC Power’s values and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers through the requisition intake process, to define position requirements, job descriptions, and recruiting strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, etc.) to attract top talent for technical, production, and professional roles.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-demand positions.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback collection to ensure a smooth and timely process.
  • Support employer branding efforts and promote EPC Power as an employer of choice through online presence, job fairs, and other outreach efforts.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to HR leadership on hiring progress and trends.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and employment laws.
  • Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Provide training for new and existing managers on recruiting compliance, process, technologies, and best practices. 

Requirements

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or technology industries.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience recruiting for highly technical and engineering positions.
  • Strong familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance requirements, including California labor law.
  • Ability to handle up to 20 requisitions at a time.
