This position can be physically located out of Fargo, ND, Sioux Falls, SD, Rapid City, SD, or Bismarck, ND.
Responsibilities:
- Help guide and make decisions on questions from Aftermarket teams to ensure alignment with company policy and procedure for consistency purposes.
- Support customer maintenance contracts and machine health to include contract invoicing, managing financials, scheduling services, and write recommendations on identified issues.
- Review KPIs for consistent performance and process improvement.
- Provide training to associates on new and existing processes.
- Works with management and product support to initiate and execute improvement projects.
- Collaborates with data analysts to analyze data and create reports that business decisions can be derived from.
- Works within and promotes vision, mission, and values of BMC.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of industry experience in product support preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in a business or process improvement-related field is preferred.
- A mechanical aptitude is preferred.
- Basic Accounting knowledge.
- Proficient in MS Office and related software.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Creative and innovative problem solving abilities.
- Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task
