This position can be physically located out of Fargo, ND, Sioux Falls, SD, Rapid City, SD, or Bismarck, ND. 


Responsibilities:

  • Help guide and make decisions on questions from Aftermarket teams to ensure alignment with company policy and procedure for consistency purposes.
  • Support customer maintenance contracts and machine health to include contract invoicing, managing financials, scheduling services, and write recommendations on identified issues.
  • Review KPIs for consistent performance and process improvement.
  • Provide training to associates on new and existing processes. 
  • Works with management and product support to initiate and execute improvement projects. 
  • Collaborates with data analysts to analyze data and create reports that business decisions can be derived from. 
  • Works within and promotes vision, mission, and values of BMC.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of industry experience in product support preferred. 
  • A bachelor's degree in a business or process improvement-related field is preferred. 
  • A mechanical aptitude is preferred. 
  • Basic Accounting knowledge.  
  • Proficient in MS Office and related software. 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Creative and innovative problem solving abilities. 
  • Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task
