What you'll do:
- Provide leadership in weekly worship services for Rockwall campus and Rockwall Lakepointe en Espanol.
- Spot, recruit, and develop volunteer worship team members at the Rockwall campus
- Manage and lead an efficient onboarding process for worship teams at the Rockwall campus
- Disciple and lead musicians at the Rockwall campus
- Arrange, compose, and transcribe music for various instruments and vocal arrangements
- Coordinate recording sessions, live performances, and rehearsals
- Maintain and update music libraries and databases
- Develop and maintain relationships with music industry professionals, including publishers, labels, producers, and artists
- Ensure high-quality audio and video production standards are met for all music-related projects at the Rockwall campus
- Collaborate with Broadcast and FOH Audio Engineer - ensuring consistent quality which accurately reflects the brand of Lakepointe Music.
- Assistance in leading, planning, and participating in special events including Lakepointe en Espanol events
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Lead Worship Pastor at Rockwall
Skills & Experience you’ve had:
- Leadership skills (including the ability to recruit and develop)
- Musical talent and abilities may include, but not limited to: instrumental, arranging/producing, songwriting, ability to sing and coach harmonies
- Proficiency in a DAW (Ableton, ProTools, Logic, etc.) and professional recording industry standards
- Strong understanding and practical application of music theory
