About the Role

The Collections Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the collections department, ensuring effective management of delinquent accounts while maintaining the highest level of member care and compliance. This leader will coach, develop, and empower the team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing collections team through mentorship, accountability, and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, credit union policies, and lending procedures.
• Monitor delinquency trends and implement proactive strategies to reduce risk and loss.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and member outcomes.
• Foster a culture of respect, integrity, and service while maintaining strong relationships across departments.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support organizational goals.
