  Up and Dismantling: Prepare and dismantle facilities for various events, including corporate meetings, weddings, parties, and concerts. This includes arranging furniture, setting up stages, and ensuring all equipment is in place. 

·         Collaboration: Work closely with event managers and other team members to follow event specifications and ensure smooth operations. 

·         Physical Labor: Engage in physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, moving equipment, and working in various weather conditions. 

·         Customer Service: Occasionally interact with clients and guests, providing assistance and ensuring a positive experience. 

·         Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. 

 Experience: Previous experience in event setup or a similar role is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. 

·         Physical Stamina: Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. 

·         Team Player: Must be able to work effectively in a team and follow instructions from supervisors. 

·         Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and varying hours based on the event schedule. 

The compensation for this role is $17.50 per hour
