As we continue to grow, we are now seeking a Regional Manager to join our team.
The purpose of this role is to assist the Head of Asbestos with the daily running of one or more projects and being the main point of contact for staff and clients on all matters relating to the project/s.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing professional communication and support throughout each project.
- Attend project meetings and liaise daily with Project Coordinators to ensure seamless delivery.
- Create and review Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS).
- Oversee the production, compilation, and completion of detailed asbestos survey reports and drawings.
- Invoice completed works accurately and promptly.
- Manage resources, schedules, and team performance to meet client KPIs and Riverside’s commercial targets.
- Coordinate employees and subcontractors to ensure all works align with client requirements.
- Take ownership of problem solving and issue resolution, escalating matters to the Head of Asbestos where necessary.
- Provide technical input to the Sales team for quotations and new business, including site visits where required.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude both in the office and on site.
Additional Working Conditions
- This is a dual role, requiring you to continue asbestos consultancy/surveying duties alongside project management.
- Office-based days will be determined by the Head of Asbestos and Operations Director, depending on project workload.
- Occasional night work and shift patterns may be required.
- You may be asked to line manage Riverside Surveyors and Analysts.
- Availability to answer project-related calls outside of normal working hours is occasionally expected.

- Experience with asbestos surveying is essential.

Qualifications & Requirements
BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 Asbestos Surveyor qualification (essential).
Full, valid UK driving licence (essential)
CSCS card (Desirable)
