🌟 The Opportunity 

We're looking for an exceptional Head of Mid-Market to drive growth within one of Epos Now's most exciting strategic channels.


This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll: 

💡Shape and execute our mid - market strategy

🤝Build strong client relationships

📈Maximise revenue through upsells and renewals


You'll lead a high performing team, design scalable account management frameworks and deliver outstanding customer experiences that drive retention and Net Dollar Retention growth. 

If you thrive in a fast-paced, target driven environment and have a proven track record in account management and leadership within B2B tech or SaaS, this could be the role for you. 


🚀What you'll be doing

  • Grow and retain our mid market customer base through strategic account management, renewals and upsells. 
  • Build and lead a motivated results driven team with clear KPIs and strong accountability
  • Drive NDR performance and reduce churn through proactive engagement
  • Foster strong client relationships
  • Maintain live dashboard and share performance insights across the business
  • Collaborate with other departments to remove blockers and elevate our proposition 
  • Define and evolve the mid-market customer profile, ensuring we continuously improve


🔍What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in a senior account management and commercial leadership within a  SaaS Fintech or tech sales environment
  • Success managing and growing mid market or enterprise accounts
  • Experienced people leader who can inspire, coach and drive performance 
  • Strong understanding of account management and customer lifecycle optimisation 
  • Used to working in a target -driven, fast paced sales and account management environment
  • Skilled at building cross- functional relationships that deliver outcomes

  • Proficient in CRM (Salesforce would be advantageous)
  • Analytical 
  • Data driven - using data to drive strategy
  • Commercially savvy- confident with forecasting , GTV and LTV metrics
  • Amazing at communication and stakeholder management 
  • A strategic thinker who can turn vision into action 
  • Motivated, proactive and results orientated
  • An inspirational leader, leading from the front
