Are you passionate about networking and relationship management? We are looking for a new team member to identify and develop opportunities with internal and external stakeholders for innovative short courses.
This is a part-time 0.8 role, fixed term contract covering maternity leave. Working location will be hybrid, with the ability to access all Bath Spa Campus's and attend the Short Course Unit working space at Corsham Court.

About the Role
Working as part of the Centre for Innovation and Knowledge Exchange this new and exciting role sits in the Short Course Unit team.
You will work with the current team to identify opportunities for short courses with internal and external stakeholders. You will then take ownership of developing courses including creating budgets and proposals. The post holder will be responsible for moving courses from ideation to launch and will be the key contact for all stakeholders throughout the process.
About You
- Experience of liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders at various levels
- Experience of managing a budget and able to use Excel to a high standard
- Proven analytic and problem solving capability, including the ability to prioritise, plan and organise effectively and meet a variety of deadlines simultaneously
- Able to work with a high level of independence
- Able to pay close attention to detail, and deliver high quality, accurate work.
- Experience of data collection and information gathering from multiple internal and external sources
- Experience of working in Higher Education or Skills training provision
- Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)

Additional Information
Salary: Grade 5 - starting from £23,670 rising to £26,401 per annum (pro rata of £29,588 to £33,002)
The salary range shows the potential maximum pay progression in addition to any annual inflationary increase to your pay. Please note that our default position is to appoint into the lower end of the range, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
